I was a walk-in, assigned to Abi and was very pleased with my final look. She understood my requests. Abi was friendly, efficient and nailed the look I was after, despite my hair being a bit too short for the inspiration pic I showed her. I have a regular stylist I see at another salon, but on occasion I explore other options and I am grateful to have Heroic Hair be so close to home.

Very accommodating and did an amazing job! I had Ian as my stylist and I got "the big chop" going from extremely long hair to a short bob. The haircut looks amazing, and I was able to donate about 10in of my hair! Plus, they covered everything with the donation, so I only had to mention that I wanted it donated!
